We Want To Hear From You!

One of the things that I'm responsible for here at McGladrey is surveying our applicants and new hires regarding their experience in our employment process, their decision making process, and what tools and resources they used in their job search. I love data, and have even been accused before of being an accountant disguised as a recruiter.

Ultimately this data helps us make better decisions when it comes to resources and process improvement. Now, I want to hear from you, our readers. We'll be adding in polls on a periodic basis to learn more about your job search and what's important to you. I promise to provide the results of each and every poll in a future post as well.
