How do I express
interest in a job at RSM?
We advertise all of our job openings
on the RSM Careers Website. You
can search for an open position at RSM by location, keyword or specialty.
Once you have found the position you are looking for click Apply Now and you are
on your way! If you are a current student, check with your University career
center to see if/when we will be on campus. You may also apply online through
our Careers Website.
How do I get
in touch with an RSM recruiter?
Due to the
volume of interest in careers at RSM, we are unfortunately unable to
personally touch base with every candidate. An RSM recruiter will contact you directly if there is an opportunity to interview or
if additional information is needed.
When should I expect to
hear back about my interest?
The timing of our employment process is
dependent on numerous variables. Because the timing can be unpredictable, you
should let your recruiter know about any factors affecting
your availability to pursue a career at RSM. You will be notified as to
the status of your consideration for a position, even if that position has been
filled by another candidate.

When do you hire for intern or
entry-level positions?
RSM has two standard internship
seasons: Summer (typically June – August) and Winter (January – April). Our
biggest recruiting season for internships and entry level positions takes place
in the Fall, but that may vary by location. If you are interested in an
internship or entry-level position at RSM, you can learn more here. We recommend that you check
with your university career center to see if and when we’ll be at your
school.
What are the qualifications for entry level
positions?
The qualifications for our entry level positions vary
based on the needs of the location. For entry level positions, RSM typically requires a candidate to have a minimum of a B.A. or B.S. degree, a
major in accounting or related business field, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a
4.0 scale), and meet the education requirement for CPA certification in your
state (if applicable).
